JPL ANALYSIS REPORT GPS-WEEK 0853 (DAYS 133-139, DATES 1996 May 12 - May 18)
******************************************************************************
Submitted by the JPL IGS/FLINN Analysis Team:

all at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology,
Pasadena, CA 91109.
Files listed below are available in Unix compressed format and can be
retrieved using anonymous ftp to sideshow.jpl.nasa.gov (128.149.70.41),

filename contents
______________________________________________________________________________
jpl08537.sum This text file.
jpl08537.erp Earth rotation parameters for GPS week 853.
jpl08537.snx Ground station coordinates for GPS week 853, SINEX format.
jpl0853[0-6].sp3 GPS ephemerides for GPS week 853, sp3 format.
______________________________________________________________________________
Mean Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 16.7 cm
According to the file nanu1996.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN20 is
unusable for an indefinite period beginning day 131. Although data from
this satellite were used on day 138 only, its formal errors exceeded our
criteria, and its solution was excluded from the sp3 orbit file for that day
(jpl08535.sp3).
Beginning this week, we include data from CSN1 (California State University
at Northridge CA, USA). As with most stations, this site is given the
opportunity to participate in the orbit and clock solution as the global site
distribution varies. The following nominal coordinates were assumed:
X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
CSN1: -2520183.5413 -4637076.6354 3569868.6088
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: PIE1 (not ALGO) used as reference clock on day 134.
WARNING: NLIB (not ALGO) used as reference clock on day 135.
WARNING: ONSA (not ALGO) used as reference clock on days 136 and 137.
WARNING: Data from ASC1, CHIL, DGAR, MATE, PERT, STJO, WETT excluded day 133.
WARNING: Data from CHAB, DGAR, GUAM, JOZE, MATE, NYAL, PERT, SANT, STJO, WINT excluded day 134.
WARNING: Data from GUAM, KELY, LEEP, MATE, PERT, SOL1, STJO excluded day 135.
WARNING: Data from AOA1, CHIL, COSO, GUAM, KELY, MATH, NUNE, NYAL, OHIG, POTS, SANT, TIBB excluded day 136.
WARNING: Data from CHIL, CMBB, COSO, DGAR, KELY, MATE, PAMA, POTS, SANT, SOL1, TRAK excluded day 137.
WARNING: Data from MATE, POTS, TIBB excluded day 138.
WARNING: Data from BOR1, CMBB, FARB, POTS, SANT, TIBB excluded day 139.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
