REMARKS on EMR products:
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 2139 ns (50194) & 27 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
2. PRN16 (GPS16) was removed from the solution on 96apr21 (DOY 112) due to
modelling problems.
3. PRN16 (GPS16) was removed from the EMR sp3 file on 96apr22 (DOY 113) due to
modelling problems.
4. PRN06 (GPS36) was removed from the solution on 96apr26 (DOY 117) due to
modelling problems as reported in the NANUS (085-96117).
5. PRN06 (GPS36) was removed from the EMR sp3 file on 96apr27 (DOY 118) due to
modelling problems.
6. Starting day 0 of week 850 stations MALI and IISC are included in the
processing.
