Mean Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 17.7 cm

According to the file nanu1995.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN07 was
unusable on days 082 and 083 for maintenance/repositioning. Data from this
satellite did not meet our initial convergence criteria on these days, and
have been excluded from our analyses accordingly.

Additionally, although usable, PRN24 has been excluded from our analyses
on days 082 and 083. It's behavior has and continues to exceed certain
tolerences in our software; we will subsequently include data from this
satellite pending any modifications required.

Beginning this week, we add a new station to our global network. As with most
stations, this site is given the opportunity to participate in the orbit and
clock solution as the global site distribution varies. The following nominal
coordinates were assumed:
                                             X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
KWJ1 (Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Island): 4833518.5710 41541.2432 4147442.2876

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: PIE1 (not ALGO) used as reference clock on day 077.
WARNING: Data from KELY, SOL1 excluded day 077.
WARNING: Data from EBRE, FAIR, KELY, MAS1, MATE, SOL1, TIBB, WHC1, ZWEN excluded day 078.
WARNING: Data from CLAR, FAIR, MATE, NYAL, RCM5, SOL1, TABL, TIBB, ZIMM, ZWEN excluded day 079.
WARNING: Data from DAM2, FAIR, MATE, OHIG, RCM5, TABL, TIBB, TID2, WETT, ZIMM, ZWEN excluded day 080.
WARNING: Data from CHIL, FAIR, MATE, NYAL, RCM5, TROM, USC1, WETT, ZIMM, ZWEN excluded day 081.
WARNING: Data from MADR, MAS1, MATE, MCM4, TABL, USC1, WETT, ZIMM, ZWEN excluded day 082.
WARNING: Data from BRUS, CHIL, KIRU, MADR, MAS1, MATE, NYAL, USC1, WETT, ZIMM, ZWEN excluded day 083.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
