Mean Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 20.1 cm

Beginning day 071, we use GOL2, the Turbo-Rogue receiver at Goldstone,
California, as a fixed site instead of GOLD. As both receivers are
operating with the same Deep Space Network GPS antenna, the constrained
nominal coordinates have not changed. As GOL2 is a Turbo-Rogue, we analyze
all pseudorange from this receiver; this data was excluded when GOLD was used.

Additionally, beginning this week, we add two stations to our global network.
As with most stations, these sites are given the opportunity to participate
in the orbit and clock solution as the global site distribution varies. The
following nominal coordinates were assumed:

                                  X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
EBRE (Roquetes, Spain): 4833518.5710 41541.2432 4147442.2876
WTZR (Wettzell, Germany): 4075580.6300 931853.6277 4801568.9454

Please note that the coordinates for WTZR were obtained by applying the
site tie vectors in wtzr0196.log (found at the IGS CBIS) to our nominal
coordinates for WETT. We are not currently constraining WTZR as a fiducial
site.

Lastly, as the results for day 077 are not completed yet, the last column in
our orbit repeatability table contains only one decimal place of precision
and represents the overlap between days 075 and 076 only.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: NLIB (not ALGO) used as reference clock on day 073.
WARNING: ONSA (not ALGO) used as reference clock on day 074.
WARNING: PIE1 (not ALGO) used as reference clock on days 075 and 076.
WARNING: Data from BOR1, TIBB, ZIMM excluded day 070.
WARNING: Data from BOR1, MDVO, TABL excluded day 071.
WARNING: Data from BOR1, FAIR, MATE, MDVO, SOL1, TIBB excluded day 072.
WARNING: Data from EBRE, FAIR, KIT3, MAS1, MATE, NUNE, NYAL, ONSA, WHC1 excluded day 073.
WARNING: Data from KRAK, MAS1, WHC1 excluded day 074.
WARNING: Data from FAIR, KOUR, MATE, NYAL, THU1 excluded day 075.
WARNING: Data from FAIR, WETT, WHC1 excluded day 076.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
