Mean Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 18.8 cm

According to the file nanu1996.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN28 was
unusable on day 066 for maintenance/repositioning. Data from this satellite
did not meet our convergence criteria on this nor the previous day (065) and
were excluded from the analyses of both days.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from BRAN, HART, JOZE, KELY, PAMA, PIN1, ZWEN excluded day 063.
WARNING: Data from ANKR, BOGT, BRAN, PIN1, ZWEN excluded day 064.
WARNING: Data from PRN28, BOGT, BRAN, KELY, MATE, TROM, ZIMM excluded day 065.
WARNING: Data from PRN28, JOZE, KELY, MATE, MDVO, NYAL, TRAK, ZIMM excluded day 066.
WARNING: Data from JPLM, KELY, MATE, TRAK, WETT, ZIMM excluded day 067.
WARNING: Data from CHIL, CRFP, MATE, MONP, TIBB, TRAK, WETT, ZIMM excluded day 068.
WARNING: Data from CHIL, DAM2, KOSG, MATE, NYAL, TIBB, ZIMM excluded day 069.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
