REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 798 ns (50131) & 7.5 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
2. Beginning this week we are now using whitenoise stochastic modelling
(with once a day reset at noon) for the solar pressure scales (GX and GZ).
This was done to mitigate the y coordinate axis shift present in our daily
solutions.
The resulting shifts in EOP's are as follow:
old EMR X-pole = new EMR X-pole + -0.13 mas +/- .06 mas
old EMR Y-pole = new EMR Y-pole + +0.08 mas +/- .29 mas
3. As of this week we will be submitting to CDDIS sp3 and EOP products which
are consistent with our SINEX weekly combination. As a consequence we will
submit all products including our Analysis Report (.sum file) all at the
same time once a week.
4. We have re-introduced PRN12 in our daily processing as of February 20.
5. We have excluded PRN09 on February 23, 1996 due to repositioning.
