REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 1128 ns (50271) & 34 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS.
2. We have removed PRN16 (GPS16) from the EMR solution for 96jul10 (DAY 192)
due to modelling problems.
3. We have removed PRN14 from the EMR sp3 for 96jul12 (DAY 194)
due to modelling problems.
