 # Coordinate Estimates: 348 5 9 15

REMARKS: Starting this week a number of (IGS) processing "standards"
          has been changed (see IGSMAIL.1384)

For the CODE analysis this means the following changes:
            - Reference frame changes:
              - ITRF94 coordinates,
              - ITRF94 velocity field,
              - Use the "standard" 13 fix sites with the following
                two exceptions:
                - WTZR used as fiducial instaid of WETT,
                - TIDB not used due to antenna change,
              - New phase center variation table used (IGS_01).

            - Dynamical model changes:
              - JGM3 gravity potential,
              - general relativity term added,
              - better solid earth tidal model with step 2 correction,
              - Love number changed to k2=0.30 (old value: 0.285).

          Estimated CODE product changes
          ==============================

We estimated the the changes in our products (Orbits, Coordinates
and ERPs) by processing two days with our OLD and with our NEW
strategy (day 181 and 182 of the year 1996).
The concistency between these changes is very high.
