Mean Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 19.8 cm

According to the file nanu1996.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN20 was
unusable from days 015 to 017 for maintenance (no maneuver). Data from this
satellite were used in our analyses of these days, and a clock reset was
detected at the following approximate time:

      PRN20 - clock reset day 016 at 01:35 UT

Satellite PRN12 is not well modeled on days 019 and 020. Its data did not
meet our initial convergence criteria on these days, and were excluded from
the analyses accordingly.

Beginning this week, we include data from MALI (Malindi, Kenya). As with most
stations, this site is given the opportunity to participate in the orbit
and clock solution as the global site distribution varies. The following
nominal coordinates were assumed:

                     X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
                4865366.0000 4110740.0000 -331122.0000

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from CHIL, FAIR, KOKB, LONG, MATE, MDVO, VCIO excluded day 014.
WARNING: Data from CHIL, FAIR, HART, KOKB, MATE, MCM4 excluded day 015.
WARNING: Data from HART, KOKB, NYAL, TROM excluded day 016.
WARNING: Data from CHIL, HART, MATE excluded day 017.
WARNING: Data from CHIL, HBRK excluded day 018.
WARNING: Data from PRN12, HOLP, LAMA, MDVO, PERT, TROM excluded day 019.
WARNING: Data from PRN12, HOLP, MATE, MDVO, PERT, TSKB excluded day 020.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
