Mean Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 19.2 cm
As of day 030, we have made a slight change in our latest global site
selection algorithm (see jpl08347.sum). After choosing a suitable reference
clock station, the eight sites selected are those which exhibit highly stable
clock behavior. These are usually sites which use an H-maser frequency
reference, but in our new scheme, they are not forced to be so; other clock
standards are allowed if their daily performance meets our selection criteria.
Also beginning day 030, we regularly exclude data from PRN12 from our analyses.
According to the file nanu1996.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN20 was
unusable on day 032 for maintenance/repositioning. Data from this satellite
did not meet our convergence criteria on this or the previous day (031), and
were excluded from both the analyses of both days.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: PIE1 (not ALGO) used as reference clock on days 028-030, 033, and 034.
WARNING: Data from PRN20 excluded on days 031 and 032 due to a maneuver.
WARNING: Data from BRIB, LAMA, MAS1, MATE, SEY1, TID2, ZIMM excluded day 028.
WARNING: Data from BRIB, DAM1, GOLD, SEY1, TID2 excluded day 029.
WARNING: Data from PRN12 excluded days 030-034.
WARNING: Data from DAM1, KELY, MALI, MATE, WETT excluded day 030.
WARNING: Data from DAM1, KRAK, MATE, TROM, WETT excluded day 031.
WARNING: Data from ANKR, BRAN, KRAK, MATE, NYAL, WETT excluded day 032.
WARNING: Data from BRAN, NYAL excluded day 033.
WARNING: Data from BRAN, IISC, KELY, TROM excluded day 034.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
