REMARKS on EMR products:
WARNING : NRC1 was used as a reference clock for the period of November 19
to 22 due to gap in the data at ALGO.
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 681 ns (50404) & 26 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS.
NRC1 clock error & drift were about -264 ns (50406) & 2 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS.
2. GPS17 (PRN17) was removed from the EMR SP3 on November 17 from 20:00 hours
to 23:45 hours due to modeling problems.
3. GPS19 (PRN19) was removed from the EMR SP3 on November 19 from 00:00 hour
to 23:45 hours due to modeling problems.
