REMARKS on EMR products:
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 2658 ns (50313) & 31 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS.
2. PRN23 (GPS23) was removed from FORT, MALI and RCM5 on 96aug19 (DAY 232) due
to noisy data.
3. SCHE was excluded from the orbit processing on 96aug19 due to noisy problems.
4. PRN16 (GPS16) was excluded from the orbit processing on 96aug19 and 96aug20.
See NANUS (137-96232) and (140-96233).
5. PRN18 (GPS18) was removed from the sp3 file on 96aug21 due to modelling
problems.
6. PRN28 (GPS28) was excluded from the orbit processing on 96aug23. See
NANUS (144-96236).
7. On 96aug24 (DAY 237), PRN10 (GPS40) was removed from MALI and PRN29 (GPS29)
was removed from AREQ, MALI and SCHE due to noisy data.
