STRATEGY UPDATE
---------------
Beginning this week, we include relativistic acceleration in the satellite
dynamics. Relativistic effects in the measurement model have always been
included prior to this week.
GENERAL
-------
Data from the newly-launched PRN10 continues to appear mismodeled. We have
excluded data from this satellite on days 224 and 226 only, and have excluded
its solution from our sp3 orbit products for the entire week.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: Data from PRN10, COCO, DGAR, KELY, WLPS excluded day 224.
WARNING: Data from CMBB, COCO, CRFP, DGAR, GOLD, STJO, WLPS excluded day 225.
WARNING: Data from PRN10, DGAR, KELY, KRAK, POTM, SANT, WLPS excluded day 226.
WARNING: Data from DGAR, KELY, PIN1, SANT, WLPS excluded day 227.
WARNING: Data from BAHR, DGAR, SANT, SHK1, SNI1 excluded day 228.
WARNING: Data from DAV1, DGAR, GOLD, MADR, TIDB excluded day 229.
WARNING: Data from BRUS, DGAR, MADR, STJO, TIDB, WETT excluded day 230.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
