REMARKS on EMR products:
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 2389 ns (50306) & 29 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
2. Starting August 12, PRN10 is included in the orbit computations.
3. PRN10 was removed from the sp3 EMR file of 96aug11, due to modelling problems.
4. PRN02 was removed from the sp3 EMR file after 18 hour on 96aug15 due to modelling problems.
