Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 18.0 cm
(excluding PRN03 days 218 and 219, and PRN10 on all days)
According to the file nanu1996.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN20 has been
unusable since day 131 and is no longer in service. Beginning day 218, all
data from PRN20 are deliberately excluded from our analyses. Although included
in the analysis of day 217, formal errors did not meet our inclusion criteria
and the solution for this satellite has been excluded from the corresponding
orbit product, jpl08650.sp3.
Also, data from PRN03 appears to be mismodeled on days 218 and 219. Similarly,
data from the newly-launched PRN10 appears mismodeled for the entire week.
Although both satellites were used in our analyses, we have chosen to
exclude their solutions from our sp3 orbit products as follows:
PRN03 - excluded from jpl08651.sp3
PRN10 - excluded from jpl0865[1-6].sp3
Beginning this week, we included data from a number of new stations. As with
most stations, these sites are given the opportunity to participate in the
orbit and clock solution as the global site distribution varies. The following
nominal coordinates were assumed:
