REMARKS on EMR products:
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 1877 ns (50292) & 39 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS.
2. PRN10 was removed from solution on August 02 and 03 since it is not yet
officially operational. See NANU 120-96204 for reference.
