REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 1635 ns (50285) & 39 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS.
2. We have removed PRN14 from the EMR sp3 for 96jul21 and 23 (DAYS 203
and 205) due to modelling problems.
3. We have removed PRN21 from the EMR sp3 for 96jul22 (DAY 204)
due to modelling problems.
4. We have removed PRN16 from the EMR sp3 between 0 UT and 8 UT on 96jul27
(DAY 209) due to modelling problems.
