REMARKS on EMR products:
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 1974 ns (50187) & 24 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
2. PRN09 (GPS39) was removed from GOL2, KOKB, PAMA and TSKB on 96apr16 (DAY 107)
due to noisy data.
3. PRN16 (GPS16) was removed from the solution on 96apr19 (DAY 110) due to
modeling problems (NANU 076-96110).
4. Starting 96apr20 (DAY 111) pseudorange observations of PRN3 (GPS33)
are included in the solution.
