Mean Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 17.3 cm

Although usable, PRN24 has been excluded from the analysis of day 085. This
day was processed prior to minor modifications to our software regargding
satellite orbit inclination. PRN24 has been included all other days this
week.

Beginning this week, we add a new station to our global network. As with most
stations, this site is given the opportunity to participate in the orbit and
clock solution as the global site distribution varies. The following nominal
coordinates were assumed:
                                 X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
SFER (San Fernando, Spain): 5105523.7611 555142.2710 3769800.3002

Also, beginning day 089, we exclude pseudorange from POTS and ZWEN.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: WEST (not ALGO) used as reference clock on day 084.
WARNING: NLIB (not ALGO) used as reference clock on days 087 and 088.
WARNING: PIE1 (not ALGO) used as reference clock on day 089.
WARNING: Data from BRUS, FAIR, FORT, HERS, KIRU, MADR, MAS1, MATE, NYAL, PAMA, POTS, WETT, ZIMM, ZWEN excluded day 084.
WARNING: Data from BRUS, FAIR, KIRU, MADR, MAS1, MATE, NYAL, ONSA, VNDP, WETT, ZIMM excluded day 085.
WARNING: Data from MAS1, MONP, ONSA, TABL, ZIMM excluded day 086.
WARNING: Data from CASA, GOPE, MAS1, MATE, SFER, TABL, TAEJ, TROM, YELL, ZIMM excluded day 087.
WARNING: Data from CASA, IISC, KELY, MAS1, MATE, POTS, TAEJ, ZIMM excluded day 088.
WARNING: Data from CASA, KELY, MATE, PERT, POTS, TAEJ, WEST, ZIMM, ZWEN excluded day 089.
WARNING: Data from POTS, TABL, ZWEN excluded day 090.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
