REMARKS:  Starting this week we include our own satellite clock estimates in
          the orbit files. For the satellite clock estimation we use only
          the code observations. The clocks are aligned to GPS time by 
          estimating a clock offset and drift rate, with respect to the 
          "broadcast" clocks, for the receiver clock which serves as time 
          reference. Only Trimble and TurboRogue receivers are used.
          The ALGO receiver clock was used as time reference this week.

          Day 253-259: 
                   PRN 23: Due to modelling problems a new state vector was set
                   up on these days, at 0 and 24 UTC for all 3-day-solutions

          Day 255: We started to include the site ANKR (Ankara, Turkey)
                   in our daily processing (12-SEP-1995). 
                   Approximate coordinates:
                   ANKA  X =  4121948.60  Y = 2652187.98   Z =  4069023.61

          Day 256: Manoeuvre of Satellite PRN 27 (13-SEP-1995)
                   Satellite PRN 27 not included in the precise orbit file
