REMARKS on EMR products:
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about -1710 ns (49970) & - 6 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
2. PRN27 (GPS27) was not included in the orbit processing on Sep 13 (Day 256)
due to maintenance/repositioning.
3. PRN17 (GPS17) was removed from YAR1, on Sep. 15 (Day 258) due to noisy
data/modelling problems.
4. PRN20 (GPS20) was removed from YELL, on Sep. 15 (Day 258) due to noisy
data/modelling problems.
