jpl08237.sum This text file.
jpl08237.erp Earth rotation parameters for GPS week 823.
jpl08237.snx Ground station coordinates for GPS week 823, SINEX format.

Mean Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 16.7 cm
According to the file nanu1995.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN19 and PRN26
were unusable on days 289 and 290 respectively for maintenance (no maneuvers).
Data from these satellites were used in our analyses of these days, and clock
resets were detected at the following approximate times:
PRN19 - clock reset day 289 at 21:10 UT
PRN26 - clock reset day 290 at 17:10 UT
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: YELL (not ALGO) used as reference clock on day 290.
WARNING: NLIB (not ALGO) used as reference clock on days 291-293.
WARNING: Data from HART, JPLM, KELY, NYAL, TROM, ZIMM excluded day 288.
WARNING: Data from HART, HERS, KOK2, KOKB, LAMA, OHIG, UPAD excluded day 289.
WARNING: Data from CHIL, HART, JPLM, LAMA, SIO3, TROM excluded day 290.
WARNING: Data from DAV1, FAIR, GRAZ, MCM4 excluded day 292.
WARNING: Data from DAV1, FAIR, KELY, MCM4, SEY1 excluded day 293.
WARNING: Data from DAV1, KELY, MAS1 excluded day 294.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
