REMARKS on EMR products:
WARNING: ALGO clock jumped on Oct 07/95 (Day 280) at about 15:00 and
22:00 UT by about -2000 nsec.
1. NRC1 receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. NRC1 not observing
a satellite).
NRC1 clock error & drift were about -4085 ns (49998) & 22 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
WARNING: NRC1 clock jumped by 3500ns on Oct 14/95 (Day 287) at about 19:00 hours.
2. Most satellites were operating in AS free mode since 00hr on Oct10 (Day283).
Oct 10 had 13 stations tracking AS (partially) and DAV1 all AS.
Oct 11th to 14th had only DAV tracking all AS and KOKB (partially AS).
3. DAV1 was removed from orbit processing on Oct10 (Day283) due to noisy data.
4. Phase RMS higher than normal for SVN26 on Oct 14 due to maintenance.
