TYPE TWO ANALYSIS CENTER COMPARISON FROM JPL FOR GPS WEEK 820 SEP 24 - 30 1995

all at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology,
Pasadena, CA  91109.

Solutions in SINEX format were obtained from COD, EMR, GFZ, and JPL.  Each
center was compared to each other center by estimating a 7-parameter Helmert
transformation to minimize the least-squares coordinate residuals.

The following table summarizes comparison results.  The North, East, and
Vertical WRMS values are given in mm for each pair.  The number of common sites
is given directly underneath the values for WRMS.  The number underneath each
center's name is the scale factor applied to the formal errors from that
center.  A list of all residuals significant at the level of three sigma or
higher is given after the summary.  These residuals were removed from the final
comparisons.  Transformation parameters for each pair are given at the end of
the report.

Remarks:  Free-network solutions were submitted by EMR and JPL.  If a Sinex
file contains sites with a priori constraints <= 1 mm, then those sites are
removed before comparison with other Sinex files.
