We continue to exclude data from PRN12 this week; data from this satellite
was inadvertently included on day 314.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: PIE1 (not ALGO) used as reference clock on days 314 and 315.
WARNING: Data from PRN12 excluded on all days except day 314.
