REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO hydrogen maser used as a time reference.
In the sp3 EPH file sat epochs with no reference (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite) have a value of 99999.999999 microseconds.
ALGO clock error & drift were about -56 ns (49851) & -24 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
2. PRN27 was removed from KOKB on May 17 (Day 137) due to modelling problems.
3. TSKB was removed from orbit processing on May 17 (Day 137) due to noisy data.
4. PRN25 (GPS25) was not included in the orbit processing on May 19 (DAY139),
due to maintenance/repositioning.
5. Carrier-phase data unintentionally excluded for FAIR for most of the week.
