According to IGS Mail Nos. 891, 893, and 897, the receiver at STJO was replaced
on day 057 (Feb 26), and it was advised that data from this site be used
cautiously. We have excluded this site from our global analyses from day 057
through day 061. IGS Mail No. 904 stated that normal tracking resumed on day
062, and we have stopped deliberate exclusion of this site as of this day.
Beginning this week, we include data from new sites in the CORS/FSL GPS
Network, operated by NOAA: DENC (Denver, Colorado), LMNO (Lamont, Oklahoma),
and PLTC (Platteville, Colorado). As with most stations, these sites are given
the opportunity to participate in the orbit and clock solution as the global
site distribution varies. The following nominal coordinates were assumed:
DENC: X = -1260147.5010 m, Y = -4746065.8931 m, Z = 4059165.8620 m
LMNO: X = -666736.7458 m, Y = -5077544.9663 m, Z = 3789608.3544 m
PLTC: X = -1240693.5472 m, Y = -4720546.4535 m, Z = 4094370.0825 m
Due to potential problems, data from the following stations were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: Data from STJO excluded on days 057 through 059 (Feb 26-28).
WARNING: Data from HOB2, STJO excluded on day 060 (Mar 1).
WARNING: Data from MATE, STJO, TAIW excluded on day 061 (Mar 2).
WARNING: Data from DAV1, KERG, MATE, STJO excluded on day 062 (Mar 3).
WARNING: Data from LAMA excluded on day 063 (Mar 4).
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
