REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
epochs with no reference (e.g. ALGO not observing a satellite) have a value
of 99999.999999 microseconds.
ALGO clock error & drift were about -125 ns (49774) & -24 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
2. SVN28 is operating in AS free mode since February 20.
3. STJO was removed from processing on Feb. 27 to Mar 04, due to noisy data.
4. GPS14 was removed from processing on Feb. 28 (Day 059), due to modelling
problems.
5. Starting with the GPS week 789 we are applying the Celestial Pole corrections
as published in Bull. A.
