Since including LAMA in our analyses, all pseudorange data from this site
have been rejected as outliers. Beginning with day 054 (Feb 23), we exclude
pseudorange from this station from being processed.
Beginning this week, the `phase break' columns in our daily engineering files
reflect two changes. The first is the fixing of a bug that failed to count the
initial phase bias parameter for each station-satellite pair. More important
is an improvement in our pre-fit data editing, which detects more phase breaks
early on, thereby reducing the number of discontinuities in post-fit residuals.
Due to potential problems, data from the following stations were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: Data from GRAZ, JOZE, LAMA, MATE excluded on day 050 (Feb 19).
WARNING: Data from JOZE, LAMA excluded on day 051 (Feb 20).
WARNING: Data from BOR1, LAMA excluded on day 053 (Feb 22).
WARNING: Data from LAMA excluded on day 054 (Feb 23).
WARNING: Data from FORT, KOUR excluded on day 056 (Feb25).
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
