REMARKS:  Day 149: Modelling problems for PRN 04 (29-MAY-1995)
                   The modelling error is of the order of 10 meters which
                   indicates that something has happened but not a real 
                   manoeuvre since that normally causes modelling errors in 
                   the order of hunderds of meters. Also PRN 09 seems to have 
                   a significant change in its mean motion on this day.

                   Satellite PRN 14 not included in the precise orbit file
