Mean Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 19.0 cm

According to the file nanu1995.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN15 was
unusable on days 199 and 200 for maintenance/repositioning. Similarly, PRN18
was unusable on days 202 and 203. Data from these satellites were excluded
from our analyses on the appropriate days.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: NLIB used as a reference clock on days 197-199.
WARNING: Data from ALGO, DAV1, EISL, FAIR, GOLD, GUAM, MATE, MCM4, MONP, NALL, PAMA, SANT, SPK1, TAIS, TRAK, TROM, ZIMM excluded on day 197.
WARNING: Data from ALGO, DAV1, FAIR, GOLD, GUAM, MATE, MCM4, MONP, NALL, PAMA, SANT, SPK1, TRAK, TROM, ZIMM excluded on day 198.
WARNING: Data from ALGO, BRAN, BRAZ, CMP9, DAV1, FAIR, FORT, GOLD, GUAM, MADR, MATE, MCM4, NALL, PAMA, SANT, SPK1, TROM, WHI1, YAR1 excluded on day 199.
