REMARKS on EMR products:
1. ALGO hydrogen maser used as a time reference.
In the sp3 EPH file sat epochs with no reference (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite) have a value of 99999.999999 microseconds.
ALGO clock error & drift were about -1306 ns (49914) & - 8 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
2. PRN15 (GPS15) was not included in the orbit processing on Jul 18 (Day 199)
after 19:30 and on Jul19 before NOON, due to maintenance/repositioning.
3. PRN18 (GPS18) was not included in the orbit processing on Jul 22 (Day 203)
due to maintenance/repositioning.
