REMARKS on EMR products:
1. ALGO hydrogen maser used as a time reference.
In the sp3 EPH file sat epochs with no reference (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite) have a value of 99999.999999 microseconds.
ALGO clock error & drift were about -1193 ns (49907) & -15 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
2. PRN26 (GPS26) had less than 25% of observations on Jul 12 (Day 193).
3. PRN23 (GPS23) was not included in the orbit processing on Jul 14 (Day 195)
due to maintenance/repositioning.
