REMARKS on EMR's products:
              ***** WARNING*****

1. Starting on Jan 1/95 (GPS wk 782) we are using the ITRF93 coordinates and
velocities with their sigmas, as given in the IGSMAIL#819 for the 13
constraining stations,( along with the antenna offsets as listed in the
latest localtie.tab at the IGSCB), as our realization of the current ITRF.
This change should be consistent with all the IGS products.
The change from ITRF92 (used in 1994) to ITRF93, at 1995.0 resulted in
the following discontinuities, which were obtained from processing wk 782
both with the new and old ITRF realizations (ITRF93-ITRF92):

    (1) The IERS transformation convention, see the IERS 1993 Annual Rep,(eqn.
3, p.II-52), xpole, ypole in 1995 decreased as above.
    (2) The 13 stations constrained to ITRF93 sigmas: ALGO, FAIR, GOLD, HART,
KOKB, KOSG, MADR, SANT, TIDB, TROM, WETB. Weighted 7 parameter
    transformation, 19 stations in total.
    (3) UT1 reset on Jan1/95 to agree with the 1994 UT1 series. The mean and
sigma is due to a drift of about 16 us/day.

The above values are consistent when respective sigmas are taken into
account, and they also agree very well both with the expected values for
IGS products,( see IGSMAIL#824) and the IERS 1993 Annual report (p. II-52),
    for the epoch 1995.0.

2. Starting on Jan 1/95 (wk 782) in addition to the change to ITRF93,
we have introduced two additional stations (KERG, TSKB) and augmented our
summary with the station clock solutions (at 0h UT) which are consistent
    with our sp3 satellite clocks.

3. ALGO hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
epochs with no reference (e.g. ALGO not observing a satellite) have a value
   of 99999.999999 microseconds.
   ALGO clock error & drift were about -86 ns (49718) & -12 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time.
