REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
   epochs with no reference (e.g. ALGO not observing a satellite) have a value 
   of 99999.999999 microseconds. 
   ALGO clock error & drift were about +173 ns (49760) & -29 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time. 
2. WARNING: ALGO HM clock reset on day 0 (Feb12/95) at 01:15UT by about -485ns
   and on day 1 (feb13/95) at 01:00 by about -49ns
3. GPS36 was removed from KOKB rinex file on February 17 and GPS24
   on February 18 due to noisy data.
4. GPS36 was removed from processing on February 16 due to
   maintenance/repositioning.
