According to IGS Mail No. 876, the receiver at ALGO was restarted on day 039
039 (Feb 8). On this day only, we have excluded this site from our global
analysis, and NLIB was used as a reference clock.

Beginning this week we include data from ZIMM (Zimmerwald, Switzerland). The
following nominal coordinates were assumed:

    X =  4331297.2640 m,   Y =  567555.5480 m,    Z =  4633133.8904 m

Due to potential problems, data from the following stations were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from BOR1, DRAO, LAMA, YELL excluded on day 036 (Feb 5).
WARNING: Data from BOR1, LAMA excluded on day 037 (Feb 6).
WARNING: Data from BOR1, LAMA excluded on day 038 (Feb 7).
WARNING: Data from ALGO excluded on day 039 (Feb 8). NLIB used as reference clock on this day only.
WARNING: Data from MATE excluded on day 040 (Feb 9).
WARNING: Data from BOR1, GRAZ, LAMA, MATE excluded on day 041 (Feb 10).
WARNING: Data from AREQ, BOR1, LAMA, MATE, SANT excluded on day 041 (Feb 10).

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
