According to IGS Mail No. 868, it was advised that data from KOSG were possibly
corrupt for days 031 and 032 (Jan 31, Feb 1). As we use data from adjacent
days in our analyses, we have excluded KOSG from our global processing for days
030 through 033 (Jan 30 - Feb 2).

Beginning this week we include, when available, data from IISC (Indian
Institute of Science, Bangalore, India). The location of this site is such
that its position is estimated along with the global set of stations used to
determine the GPS orbits, and the following nominal coordinates were assumed:

    X =  1337936.6809 m,   Y = 6070255.9316 m,    Z =  1427864.1921 m

Also, we are now including a number of receivers which continuously operate
in California as part of the L.A. Basin, PGGA, and BARD GPS networks in our
routine FLINN processing. While most sites are processed in our precise
point positioning mode, (see IGS Report No. 1267), all are given the
opportunity to participate in the orbit and clock solution as the global site
distribution varies. This system replaces our offline processing of this data
which had been taking place over the past year.

Due to potential problems, data from the following stations were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from KOSG, NYAL, and TROM excluded on day 030.
WARNING: Data from ALGO, GODE, KOSG, NYAL, TROM and TSKB excluded on day 031. NLIB used as a reference clock on this day only.
WARNING: Data from KOSG excluded on days 032 and 033.
WARNING: Data from NYAL, PERT, and TROM and excluded on day 034.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
