REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
epochs with no reference (e.g. ALGO not observing a satellite) have a value
of 99999.999999 microseconds.
ALGO clock error & drift were about +160 ns (49746) & -39 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
2. KOSG was excluded from orbit processing on Jan 31 & Feb 01 (Days 031/032)
due to receiver problems (see IGSMAIL#868).
3. TSKB was excluded from orbit processing on Jan 31 to Feb 03 (Days 031/034)
due to receiver problems ( see IGSMAIL#871). USUD station used as a back up.
4. ALBH station excluded for the most part of this week. This exclusion is not
related to data quality or station being late.
