                   IISC was already included in our processing but the position
                   has been changed. The difference between the old and the
                   new location is approximately (NEW-OLD x,y,z (m)):

          Day 338: Bad tracking of satellite 4 from 19:00 to 24:00 UTC.

          Day 343: PRN 24: Due to modeling problem a new state vector was
                   set up at 00:00 UTC for all 3-day solutions.
