Remarks: (1) Starting GPS week 0765, we are reporting only global products in
             this bulletin.  PGGA results will appear in a separate bulletin.
         (2) Using ITRF93 reference frame since GPS Week 782 (1 January 1995)
         (3) major software update (yaw model, lat fix, j2000 ref)
         (4) major weekly strategy change (eop coupling, weak vert constrain)
