Beginning this week, we include data from three new sites: BRAZ (Brasilia,
Brazil), OHIG (O'Higgins, Antarctica), and WHI1 (Whittier, California, USA).
As with most stations, these sites are given the opportunity to participate in
the orbit and clock solution as the global site distribution varies. The
following nominal coordinates were assumed:

   BRAZ: X = 4115003.5203 m, Y = -4550544.1736 m, Z = -1741415.2603 m
   OHIG: X = 1525872.4335 m, Y = -2432481.3694 m, Z = -5676137.1417 m
   WHI1: X = -2488584.2648 m, Y = -4673695.1981 m, Z = 3544074.1419 m

Due to potential problems, data from the following stations were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from GRAZ, MATE excluded on day 080 (Mar 21).
WARNING: Data from MATE excluded on day 084 (Mar 25).

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
