REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. NRC1 hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
   epochs with no reference (e.g. NRC1 not observing a satellite) have a value 
   of 99999.999999 microseconds. 
   NRC1 clock error & drift were about -1588 ns (49599) & -19 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time. 
   (ALGO clock error & drift were about -1250 ns (49599) & -25 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time.) 
   NRC1 clock jumped by about -277000 ns on Sep 06. 
   ALGO used as a clock reference from Sep 06-10/94 (Day's 249-253).
2. MCMU data missing the whole week.
