REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. NRC1 hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
   epochs with no reference (e.g. NRC1 not observing a satellite) have a value 
   of 99999.999999 microseconds. 
   NRC1 clock error & drift were about -1514 ns (49592) & -12 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time. 
   (ALGO clock error & drift were about -1080 ns (49592) & -24 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time.) 
2. No observations for GPS20 on Aug 28/94 and only 50% on 
   Aug 29/94.
3. MCMU pseudorange problems on Aug 29 and Sep02/94. All pseudorange data
   deleted for this day.
4. Modelling problems on GPS23 on Sep01/94 (day 244). Removed GPS23 data
   form DAV1, USUD, YAR1 and KOKB on Sep 01/94.
5. PRN5 removed from orbit processing on Sep 02 (day 245) due to maintenance
   and repositioning.
6. DRAO pseudorange problems on Sep 03/94 (day 246), all pseudorange data
   rejected at this station.
