3. REMARKS: -Manoeuvre of PRN 01 on 11/10/1994 at 23:02 UTC. We have
estimated the following components in the orbital
reference frame:
Radial 6 mm/s
Transverse -165 mm/s
Normal -2 mm/s
-Data problems with YAR1 on DOY 285.
-Antenna configuration changed at YELL since
14/10/94 at 00:15 UTC.
4. GROUND STATIONS: Altamimi and Boucher, IGS Mails 421 and 430,
ITRF92 at 1994.0 and localtie.tab.
