Beginning with day 281 (Oct 8), we include data from BRUS (Brussels, Belgium).
The solution for this site was obtained via our point-positioning method. The
following nominal coordinates were assumed:

     X = 4027892.3340 m,   Y = 307047.03580 m,   Z = 4919480.7828 m

WARNING: Data from OATT and KOSG excluded on day 275 (Oct 2).
WARNING: Data from FAIR, KIRU, MCMU, and NLIB excluded on day 276 (Oct 3).
WARNING: Data from MCMU excluded on day 277 (Oct 4).
WARNING: Data from ALGO and NYAL excluded on day 278 (Oct 5). FAIR used as reference clock this day only.
WARNING: Data from STJO excluded on day 279 (Oct 6).
WARNING: Data from NYAL excluded on days 280 and 281 (Oct 7,8).

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the assumed nominal values from IERS
Bulletin-B predicts; estimated LODR values are also included. See IGS Mail
Message 97 for details.
