JPL ANALYSIS REPORT GPS-WEEK 0775 (DAYS 317-323, DATES 1994 Nov 13 - Nov 19)
******************************************************************************

jpl0775[0-6].sp3 GPS ephemerides for GPS week 775, sp3 format.
______________________________________________________________________________
Beginning day 320 (Nov 16), we include data from KERG (Port aux Francais,
Kerguelen Islands). The isolation of this site results in its being included
in the set of sites used to obtain our GPS orbit solutions. The following
nominal coordinates were assumed, and the station locations have been estimated
(unconstrained) each day:
X = 1406329.1274 m, Y = 3918159.5475 m, Z = -4816171.4897 m
According to the file nanu1994.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN20 was
declared unusable from 13:50 UT on day 321 (Nov 17) until 16:53 UT on day 322
(Nov 18). Although this satellite was used in our analyses for these two days,
its 3drms formal errors were large enough that it has not been included in the
orbit repeatability table for day 322, nor in the corresponding orbit product
for this day (jpl07755.sp3).
Additionally, an excessive number of outliers was caused by the inclusion of
one or both of PRN20 and KOSG on day 323 (Nov 19). We have excluded all data
from these GPS components on this day.
According to IGS Mail No. 711, the Rogue receiver at KOSG was temporarily
replaced with a TurboRogue receiver on day 236 (Aug 24, Week 763). Although
we have been including pseudorange measurements from all TurboRogues as of
day 167 (Jun 16), this is not indicated for KOSG in our IGS reports for weeks
764 through 774. (This week's report, however, has the correct pound-sign
designation.) As per IGS Mail No. 787, the receiver was switched back to a
Rogue on day 327 (Nov 23, Week 776), and ground data information will be
correctly displayed in future summary files.
WARNING: Data from HARV excluded days 317 and 318 (Nov 13, 14).
WARNING: Data from KOSG and ONSA excluded days 319 and 320 (Nov 15, 16).
WARNING: Data from POTS excluded day 322 (Nov 18).
WARNING: Data from PRN20, KOSG, MAC1, MCMU, and POTS excluded day 323 (Nov 19).
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the assumed nominal values from IERS
Bulletin-B predicts; estimated LODR values are also included. See IGS Mail
Message 97 for details.
