REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
epochs with no reference (e.g. ALGO not observing a satellite) have a value
of 99999.999999 microseconds.
ALGO clock error & drift were about -273 ns (49662) & -18 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
2. TAIW was removed from orbit processing on Nov 7 (Day 311) due to noisy data.
3. GPS37 (PRN7) was removed from orbit processing on Nov 10 (Day 314), due
to maintenance and modelling problem.
4. GPS32 (PRN1) was removed from WETT for orbit processing on Nov 12(Day 316)
due to noisy data.
