JPL ANALYSIS REPORT GPS-WEEK 0773 (DAYS 303-309, DATES 1994 Oct 30 - Nov 05)
******************************************************************************
Submitted by the JPL IGS/FLINN Analysis Team:

jpl07737.erp Earth rotation parameters for GPS week 773.
jpl0773[0-6].sp3 GPS ephemerides for GPS week 773, sp3 format.
______________________________________________________________________________
PRN12 has been rejected most of this week because its eccentricity, from the
broadcast ephemeris, exceeded our tolerance of 0.015. (0.015161 was the
maximum value for the week.) We have since increased our tolerance to 0.020.
Beginning day 306 (Nov 2), we include data from BOGT (Bogota, Columbia). The
isolation of this site results in its being included in the set of sites used
to obtain our GPS orbit solutions. The following nominal coordinates were
assumed, and the station locations have been estimated (unconstrained) each
day:
X = 1744397.5194 m, Y = -6116033.0263 m, Z = 512733.8660 m
We have discovered that the Ground Station Inclusion tables in our reports for
weeks 760 and 768 are erroneous. This includes the Site Summary table and,
in the case of week 768, the Point-Position Site Inclusion table. The procedure by which these tables are made has been corrected, and one may correct the
reported data as follows:
Week 760 tables: Shift all values to the right by 1 day/column
Week 768 tables: Shift all values to the left by 1 day/column
We apologize for any inconvenience the misinformation may have caused. Please
note that earth orientation and orbit and clock repeatability tables are NOT
affected.
WARNING: Data from EISL, NYAL, TAIW, TROM, USUD excluded on day 303 (Oct 30).
WARNING: Data from NYAL, POTS, TROM, WEST excluded on day 306 (Nov 2).
WARNING: Data from CAS1, DAV1 excluded on day 307 (Nov 3).
WARNING: Data from NYAL, TROM excluded on day 309 (Nov 5).
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the assumed nominal values from IERS
Bulletin-B predicts; estimated LODR values are also included. See IGS Mail
Message 97 for details.
