JPL ANALYSIS REPORT GPS-WEEK 0772 (DAYS 296-302, DATES 1994 Oct 23 - Oct 29)
******************************************************************************
Submitted by the JPL IGS/FLINN Analysis Team:

all at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology,
Pasadena, CA 91109.

jpl07727.erp Earth rotation parameters for GPS week 772.
jpl0772[0-6].sp3 GPS ephemerides for GPS week 772, sp3 format.
______________________________________________________________________________
According to the file nanu1994.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN29 was
declared unusable from 23:30 UT on day 300 (Oct 27) until 06:15 UT on day
301 (Oct 28) for repositioning. This satellite was excluded from our analyses
for these two days.
Beginning this week, we have changed the formal error threshold for GPS clock
solutions reported in our sp3 orbit files. Those whose formal error is less
than 20 nsec (instead of 500 nsec) are included in the sp3 file; otherwise the
all 9's indicator is used. (This week's clock repeatability tables, however,
are not representative of the new cut-off value.)
Please note that since day 282 (Oct 9), we have not been including pseudo-
range data from three TurboRogue receivers: CASA, MCMU, and RCM5. This is
erroneously indicated in our summary reports for weeks 770 and 771. The
ground station table in this week's report accurately reflects which sites
had pseudorange included in our analyses.
WARNING: Data from TROM excluded on day 296 (Oct 23).
WARNING: Data from MATE, NYAL, and TROM excluded on day 297 (Oct 24).
WARNING: Data from MATE excluded on days 298 and 299 (Oct 25, 26).
WARNING: Data from PRN29 excluded on days 300 and 301 (Oct 27, 28) due to a manuever.
WARNING: Data from TROM, USUD, and YELL excluded on day 302 (Oct 29).
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the assumed nominal values from IERS
Bulletin-B predicts; estimated LODR values are also included. See IGS Mail
Message 97 for details.
