______________________________________________________________________________
According to IGS Mail Messages 582 and 583, there was a problem with tracking
data from TIDB as of day 108 (Apr 18). Although this site was included in
our analyses for week 745 (Apr 17-23), we have included it only for day 114
(Apr 24) in this week's processing.
Additionally, IGS Mail Message 585 calls attention to Richmond (antenna
replacement, day 109) and Westford (monument installation/tests, through week
747). Raw data was not available for RCM5 for days 117 and 118, and this
site was deliberately excluded on day 119. WEST was included on day 114 only;
it has been advised that this station not be used until further notice.
Lastly, according to the file nanu1994.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN14
was unusable from 08:56 to 17:40 UT on day 117 due to repositioning. This
satellite was excluded from our processing on this day, and the following
day as well.
WARNING: Data from TIDB excluded days 115-120 (Apr 25-30).
WARNING: Data from WEST excluded days 115-120 due to monument testing.
WARNING: Data from RCM5 excluded day 119 (Apr 29), antenna replaced.
WARNING: PRN14 not used days 117,118 (Apr 17,18) due to a maneuver.
WARNING: The discontinuity in assumed UT1R-UTC on days 118 and 120 (Apr 28,30) is a result of an update in the IERS Bulletin B predicts.
